Andrew and his team did the buildout on our commercial retail space. They were in constant communication on progress throughout the job. We get compliments from all of our customers on how nice our boutique looks.

The firewall in my attic fell and punched a hole in my ceiling. Andrew Morris and Ryan Sheffield arrived when they said they would, examined the damage and provided a written estimate for the repair. They answered all my questions. The workers did a good job and cleaned up as they went along. Ryan not only examined the finished job, he provided me with pictures. Both Ryan and Andrew came by to make sure things were going well. I plan to use them for other work in the future.

Kaleo Builders just completed a 10 star project for us! Andrew's team was not only efficient, but the quality of work was excellent. They removed a 30+ year old deck and gave us something that is resort worthy. The footprint of the deck was enlarged and included some complicated angles. We are so pleased with their team's work that we are looking for more projects for them to do for us. Winner, winner chicken dinner.

Andrew Morris with Kaleo Builders has been an absolute resource concerning a recent homeowner’s claim. He went above and beyond providing an estimate that took an adjuster just moments to review and approve and provided me with an insurance broker contact within his business network to help me appeal my insurance’s non reinstate decision which I later won! Thanks!

While this review is several months late, I wanted to leave a review of our great experience with Kaleo. They added-on an office for us and also reconfigured a bedroom and added a bathroom. We have been enjoying these new perfect spaces in our home. They did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond. These new spaces have made a huge difference in our lives and we are thankful for the great experience. We had some ADA needs as well and they were great about researching requirements in order to build to specifications. I highly recommend this company!

Andrew and his team completed a kitchen, master bath, and guest bath remodel for us. He is trustworthy and an excellent communicator, which were the most important qualities to us when looking for a contractor. We are pleased with how our projects turned out and would recommend Kaleb Builders!

Andrew and Kaleo builders created our barndominium from the ground up. Every phase of the project was done with quality and professionalism. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project.

We had a great experience working with Kaleo Builders. They listened to what we wanted and delivered through the entire renovation. Kaleo communicated each day on work completed and answered all of our questions.
